It is possible that the display is off after a battery change due to a power cycle or reset that occurred during the replacement. It is recommended to check the user manual or contact the manufacturer for specific troubleshooting steps to restore the temperature display.
I need to read the log directly from my application. Is there a way to do that? Is there an API description? Many thanks.

I've checked the software but it appears there is nothing mentioned about the API or a way to pull the logs out of the application. I've also checked the Help section, but there was nothing mentioned as well which means it doesn't support it.
As always, if there is another version or a prototype offered only to certain customers, it can be obtained contacting the developers. They are able to explain all there is about the missing features or requests.
We have an EasyLog USB Temperature Data Logger. We've changed from PC to Mac. So, is there a version available for Mac?

According to the official information, the software is not compatible with Mac OS X. You can't install it via Wine Bottler because you will have to analyze the ports and this procedure needs to be done through a driver. Wine Bottler doesn't support driver installations. You have two choices now:
Install Windows on Mac with the help of Bootcamp. Windows will run side to side next to Mac OS X's installation.
Install Windows with Parallels Desktop and run Mac and Windows (window mode or fullscreen) at the same time.
When I graph data in this software, there are events missing. When I graph the same data in Excel it seems better. Are there any updates for the program?
